We welcome you to our Guest Houses, that are located in Eure Normandie in a calm and relaxed environment. About 120 km from Paris.

​

The first 2 houses are located in 22 Rue de la Garenne in Portes 27190 the house was build in 1784 and is fully renovated for today comfort vacation. In Portes, we offer 2 different accommodation. 1 big house and 1 triplex house.

the first houde is a full separate house of 140 square meters thats includes open salon with his equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms each one with his private shower and toilets (first room double bed of 160cmx200cm ) in the second room double bed of 140cmx200cm ,   1 single bed of 90cmx200cm and a sofa bed of 90cmx200cm) , Sauna (with adittional payment for the use of it ) and a big shared garden. The house is comfortable for5- 6 persons . ideal for a family.

Prices BIG HOUSE

for reduce the price for guest who do not use too much of electricity in winter for or summer ( for heating or cooling the house)  we offer  

free 20 kWh  per day  and additonal  of  0.26  cenrs for any additional kWh.

The second  house is a triplex suite of 50 square meters that have 1 bedroom  ( a bed of 160cmx200cm and 1 single bed of 90cmx200cm) open to the salon- living room (a sofa bed for 90cmx200 cm), kitchen and his private shower and toilets that can accommodate 4 persons. (can accommodate a family of 5 but not 5 adults). Under this triplex there is another room with a private shower and toilets with a separate entrance that can add to the rent of the triplex

The third house is located in 5 Rue Libert in Conches en ounche 27190, The house is a 3 bedroom house (about 88 square meters) and can accommodate up to 5-6 persons. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and shower in the room , salon , fully equipped kitchen , toilets and small service area (washing machine).  bakeries , bars , museums and much more. free internet access and Free private parking is on site .

Conches en Ouche is 6 minutes  ,Evreux 13 min,  Giverny 60 min,  Rouen 60 min , Honfleur 55 min,  Deauville 1 hour, Paris (Orly/CDG) 1:30 houres
